Why is the 2.4 volt value way down around 0.3 in Via Hardware Monitor or MBM?
It's meaningless because the KK266(+)(R) uses SDRAM and not DDR. It is there only for the DDR memory support that the chipset itself supports, but is physically not present. The voltage is floating due to no load, thus the weird looking low voltage.

I had this problem and did not find an cure. So I updated to VHM 2.05 which does not monitor the 2.5v line.
Thought you might be interested.
