I believe these are Lian Li cd covers - you might get luck and check performance-pcs.com on their Lian Li parts section.

If it is a Lian Li, try SilverPCs. They've probably got the best selection of replacement Lian Li parts.

If it isn't a Lian Li, can you say what it is?

Now quit asking. Buying a cover ends up being 1/3rd of the cost of a new drive that would have the correct faceplate color.

and I will say it again...just spray paint the face plate black. Pretty much the only way you'll get an exact fit, unless you get lucky.
