installer not working??/

I put together a new pc and put windows 98. Everything was working fine until i installed the drivers for my soundblaster live value card. During installation, a dialog box that said "please insert windows 98 cd into drive and press ok" supposedly it couldn't find some driver 11.cab and driver12.cab among others. I only have one cd drive and i took the soundblaster cd out and put in windows 98. The computer froze and now..whenever i try installing anything, it freezes when initializing the installer...What's wrong with the soundblaster drivers?? or did i install windows 98 wrong???

Is this a mainboard with the Via KT-133 chipset? If so, an updated version of the 4-in-1's is needed to accommodate the SBLive!

Yes the Sound Blaster issue and the Via thingy is all over the place.. Its definitely going to work I know it :
