Not sure if anyone else here even owns this laptop, but I do and had been having a problem with having to adjust the power cord in order for it to stay on while using it. I would have to tuck the cord in a certain position under the laptop and some times it would come out, powering down the system and causing a huge headache for me. I had pretty much given up on it until one day I had a few extra hours to waste,s o I began searching online for a cure. Naturally, I came here first, but could find nothing and so began my google adventure. Search took a while, but in the end I found out what was going on and fixed it perfectly. So for anyone who has this laptop and is experiencing this issue, these links are for you...

how to fix the problem...

how to disassemble...(I suggest laying out the screws exactly how they're removed)

Good luck. Hopefully this helps you all as it did me.

EDIT: This could work for other laptops experiencing similar problems as well. The connector were just heating up too much and they fried, so the AC line wasn't making a good connection with the chip connected to the mobo.
