Ahhh.....I see now. I rma'd my Celeratin thinking the chip was dead when it wouldn't boot in my BD133u. Microxpress apparently took my word for because they sent me a new chip (or did a fantastic job of cleaning ASII out of the little hole) Why does it work fine in the BD133u now? While I was waiting for the rma I flashed the new bios (not from the Iwill site) but I didn't have a list of the changes.....after reading this thread I go to the Iwill site and, yep "support for new Celerons" is the only thing it changed. Why did I fash for the heck of it? Boredom and the fact that I was about two days away from recieving my Tusl2-c. Yes boys and girls I rma'd a perfectly good chip because Iwill put out a board that only supported the 133fsb Tualatin. The Iwill was one of the first "Tualatin" boards released and at that time Intel was probably still trying to decide how they were going to market the .13 P3 core. Oh well, it's all good now.
