MCP355 speed control??

Hey all, any way to control the speed of this pump with a reostat/fan contol, ect?? Or would that screw it up??
 
I believe you can stick it on a rheobus and it'll work fine. I wouldn't trust it with a PWM controller tho.

Try a sunbeam rheo :thup:
 
I don't see why you would want to though? I didn't see much improvement for noise, but the drop in flow was terrible when undervolted.

Problem is, that you dont need it... I have it turned all the way up, and I cant hear the thing (unless I put my ear a inch or two away)... I have to put my hand on it to tell if its running.
