If you want quality then use these:
block = maze2 from dangerden or I have heard the spiral from dtek customs is good.
radiator = If you want something made for computers then go with the danger den super cube or the black ice extreme from overclockwatercool. These are made for compouters. But if you want beter cooling get the big heater core from danger den or your favorite online store.
pump = ehiem or rena They are both expensive and work well. The ehiem 1250 will cost you about 70$ the rena 450 will cost the same. Try looking at your local pet store for these. I found my rena fore about 22$ on a clearance sale and its rated at 450gph. the ehiem is only 317gph. They both work well and you don't want anything much faster than these.

I've delt with dangerden and they are good. go get a complete kit from them. With pump, silicone hoses, rad, and maze2 it will set you back about 200$ including shipping.

get danger den water block and a black ice from overclock-watercool, a ehiem pump is the best, you could put the radiator above the psu in you case, which is what i did with a much larger becooling dual fan radiator
