Hello. On 3dmark 2001 benchmark test 3rd game, when the guy shoots ppl in the hall, what game is that, if it's the game??

hey there,
that "game" is a relative to Max Payne. One of, if not the top contenders for game of the year. If you do not already own this game, get it. It's gorgeous.

That's not so much a game as just a way to hammer the poo outta your video card. It's pretty much a fusion of Max Payne and the federal building lobby scene in the Matrix. But I think 3DMark 2K1 was out before Max Payne, so it would most likely be homage to how cool the Matrix was.

Basically, just something to test your video card.

Actually 3dmark2k1 got to use the max payne engine for this scene as a way of kinda showing off what payne can do and also to "hammer the poo outta your video card" if you look at the credits after the demo it pays homage to remedy (the developer of payne) and max payne (the title itself)
