I'm sure most of the good games work but just a little FYI

I would have though putting in the PS2 hardware componants they'd get almost 100% compatibilty...if not It would have been better to go emulation like 360 and shave off some off that $600 sticker.

They said they can patch it with a software update, but MS originally said EVERY original Xbox game would work as well. We know how that went.....

The PS2 wasn't 100% backwards compatible with the PS1 either. It works out better this way because now it should be PS1, 2, and 3 compatible. No other disc-based system has been around long enough to pull that off. I still like to play a couple of old PS1 games from time to time. The two spiderman games and Ace Combat. Not to mention the first three tekken games.

Give me Soul Blade anyday I was ****ed off in Soul Caliber when they took out the Critical Edges they where the best parts to the franchise along with the Characters KnightMare was awsome looking with his black armour.
