80mm fan on SK-6

I have an idea...

Instead of having a 60mm 7200 rpm (screaming loud!) on my sk-6, would a 80mm (humming) fan do the job as well as a 7200rpm fan or better? has anyone tried this?

yes people have done this but it only works well with fast fan because of the pressure required to get doen the small fins
