Opinions on Thermaltake's Volcano 5

I'm going to be getting an xp 1600 sitting on an epox 8kha+. I won't be doing hardly any overclocking, so I think I've narrowed the hsf down to the Volcano 5.

What do you guys think? Is there a different hsf for around 12 bucks that is equal to or better?

if you dont oc, its a good choice, i would check out www.svcompucycle.com, they have some coolers there that have pretty good performance for 15$ shiped, even better performance than the Volcano5...look at the Dynatron Aluminum, or copper, or the svc goldengate all copper...
