3-3-3-12, I believe, very good timings, too bad it's clocked soo slow... damn that's small on my monitor.
Those are good timings, but if you want MUCH better performance out of that RAM, try to run 1:1 ratio, you'll get a big boost, such a strange fraction will knock down performance by a fair bit.
