Everyone, please give me your advice on this. I'm going to build a conroe system soon, and I don't know what to choose between the G.Skill and the Teamgroup. I have been reading a lot about the overclock potential of those two but don't know which to choose. What do you guys think will last longer and possible overclock more? I know G.Skill is a brand name but not sure about Team Group. Please help me out on this.

I am also torn between both of these sets of ram. Anyone care to give some opinions?

why dont u go with some Crucial Ballistix from the Egg. They are also D9s like the two listed. It would be a little cheaper, and since they are all the same ICs they hit about 1000.. :/

If you dead on G,Skill or TeamGroup. I recommend teamgroup. My 1 gig kit of 667, is currently running at 900(450 fsb). I've hit all the way to 475FSB before my board poops out.

Thanks for the info guys. I know that both memory can easily hitting 1000MHz, but the thing that I worry is the build quality. I know that teamgroup has been building memory for some other mem. company, but I don't know how reliable the memory are. Btw. Will Eatforfood, would you please show me which Ballistic are you talking about?

I would also like to know exactly what Ballistics kit has the d9’s, thanks.
