alright, what are the cas 2, 2.5 and all that stuff???
i have no idea what those settings are and i dont wanna mess with them for fear of screwing up my ram....can someone help?
 
Those are memory timings.

Generally the lower you can set them the better performance you get.
 
if it where that easy to kill ram mine would be dead along time ago. Good settings to start out with are 16-8-8-2-8-2-2.
