View Full Version : need help overclocking my PIV 1.6
I've got a DFI WT70-EC rev A+ and want to know how to unlock (if its possible) the multiplier of my P4 (or how to pump up that FSB). thx for replying

P4 multipliers are locked, but when you boot up if you go into the bios you should have otions for upping the fsb, however i dont have experience with DFI boards, check you manual for settings, and a good overclocking guide can be found on the front page www.overclockers.com , then go to begginers guides and tips.....good luck...

I second what he said..
You'll need to see if you have a User Define Menu in the bios and adjust the FSB slowly..
And also set Cas3 ram first then.. Cas2 eventaully when its stable.
