i readed an article once stating that large amount of video memory isnt still necessary to run any 3d application. most the games (if not everyone) isnt able yet to demand more than 32MB from the video card. unfortunately i cant remember where the article is nor even explain the contents well but thats what it was said by using benchmarks, tests and technical stuff.
it was not a long time ago but i beleive there r games now which the performance will be modified when using 32MB or 64, but 128: imo thats just too much.
otherwise i think its much better to choose the best 3d accelerator or GPU than the largest amount of memory once there is no good video card with less than 32MB anymore.

MX400 is better.

Apollo is more in line with an MX-200, but the drivers have problems.

Go with the MX400 (or a Radeon :))

the mx 400 has a core at 200 and memory at 166. the apollo 315 pro has a core of 166 and memory of 175.
