I'm going to be building a new computer in about a month, and I've decided on a P5B-E with an E6300 or E6400 Conroe.

I've been reading the forums and it sounds like something with the D9 chips are the best, but all the memory that was suggested was 2x1GB. I was planning to buy 1GB and then when memory prices come down a bit upgrade to 2x1GB or 4x1GB. Is there a good 1GB stick I can buy that would be able to do 1000Mhz? Also, would there be any incompatibility issue with buy 1GB now and then adding more later?

*edit*
Or is there a good 2x512MB kit? Then I could upgrade to 3GB later by adding a 2x1GB kit.
