Time for a new CPU block

My acrylic thermaltake block has popped a leak! I'm trying to buy the absolute best water block for under 50$ and currently either a Whitewater or Apogee seem like the best options. Pressure drop is not a huge concern. Also, any recommendations for good sites to buy WC stuff from?

Btw, i already tried everything in my power to fix the block, so thats not an option. It was time for an upgrade anyway.

i like the apogee. jab-tech might have some good prices right now.
