I didn't have the best of times with them either! They took about 2 months to return my RMA. I don't think it the biggest company in the world, because when I called the person who answered the phone WAS the RMA department! On one hand I'm happy the took back my mobo though!

dammit, you guys are scaring me! I ordered a Yamaha CRW2200 (not many places carry it) a LiteOn LTD163 and 512MB of Samsung RAM. The drives are retail box, it will be obvious if they f* that up, and the RAM, well, I'll see when it arrives.

In ussa.com's defense: when I placed the order through the website, I entered a separate billing and shipping address for my CC. AmEx has the shipping address listed as an 'alternative' address on file, but ~1 hour after I placed the order on the website a woman called me to check the shipping address. That seemed like very good customer service to me. I told her that AmEx has that as an alternative, but I would fax their form for a different shipping address if necessary. Anyway, the next day they emailed me a tracking#, so the package shipped w/o the need to fax the approval of shipping address {cuz AmEx had it on file} It is due to arrive on 2/13 (damn slow shipping from Cali to PA) and I will update then.

Great man I hope you do get it ... Seems like they have some americans working there :-) now they speak english and they ship orders out almost the same day... when i orderd from them took almost 3 day to check my address and info, then took 2 days to ship it and when they shiped it i order it for next day and they sent it ground and it took 1 1/2 weeks to get and when i did it didn't even work.. as you can see in the post above.. they didn't refund my shipping.. and they took almost 2 months l8ter to give me rma back... Man I hope they finally got there **** together...

Actually, both of the people I talked to sounded Asian, but they were perfectly understandable to me. Slight accent, but nothing extreme, unless all you are used to hearing is the same exact speech patterns and accents 100% of the time.
