i have one, w/940d , been able to get 20% out of it (@3840)
in setup that is as high as auto settings go after that it's fooling around w/ fsb and mem speeds or bus how do i manually get above the 3840 or 20% would like to be stable around 4ghz,i don't see any way to do this in bios setup, i know i need better memory (elixir 667mhz cl5 at present) can you guide me to resources etc.... not looking for someone to do it for me i want to learn just need a little coaching ,err lot of coaching .
i can keep it cool except on hot days when windows open!
current system : p5n32sli deluxe
intel 940d
2 gb elxir 667 mhz ddr2 dual channel
2 pny 7600gs (gs so i would not require extra power)
fans everywhere
tt big typhoon w/ arctic silver 5
2- 120mm 100cfm intake 3-80mm 75 cfm intake
1-120mm 100cfm exhaust 1- 80mm cfm exhaust
plus antec true power 500w/2 fans in it
