Soundblaster Audigy comments please

[Myself and I]

Right now i have a soundblaster Live and i was wondering if there is a good difference to upgrade to this soundcard.
i only use 2 speakers hooked up to a amp but the speakers are huge so they sound really good.
Tell me what you think , should i or shouldnt I upgrade.

Hi

If you are going to update in a few weeks to the Via KT2266A chipset. Do that first because you may have sound/graphic probs with your soundblaster installed. Visit the Via site & read the forums there.
I have had probs. with my 1024 & then bought an Audigy & still had the same probs. Have now got a Videologic Sonicfury its great.

you really won't noctice too much of a difference because i haven't in my second rig. only sound difference that i could hear is when i used headphones for giants but that's about it.

I like the audigy...the newer EAX standard is a little cleaner and sounds a bit better. Also, it has no problems working on my KT266A motherboard.
