I can't get my Celeron 800 to run stable at any speed when it is overclocked. My motherboard can boost the power to 2.13 Volts if needed and my CPU temp is about 22C when it isn't overclocked and about 31C when 800@920, 1.93 volts. Why won't my PC overclock? These are my specs.
