Well folks, as you might have missed, I've got my paws on an XP1500 CPU and an 8KHA+ mobo.

XP1500 = 1.33GHz in real money, and a Pentium rating of approx 1.75GHz

I've upped the FSB to 150 (10*150), and given the core a little more juice. Now running stable with a core temp of 45C

This gives me a 1.5GHz core speed (XP1800, or a PR of 2.0GHz)

Here's some Sandra benchies.........

Very Nice!!! Really got your moneys worth with that O/C. I got to play with the EPOX 8KHA+ at the computer shop & the memory scores did better at 140FSB but with aggressive timings compared to 150FSB, around 850/930 I think. The final MHz will drop but you can unlock that baby & crank her back up!

Well the 5v rail has been as steady as a rock. 4.84 - 4.87v

CPU and case temps constant, tho the mobo seems to have heated slightly.......

The Alpha fan now has a clear path to the cooler air outside the case, with a length of ducting and a blow-hole.

Lookin good for my money.........:D
