I tried to run Pacific Fighters and it froze up at 20% when trying to load.
I also tried to load Hitman. It would not load either.
I have no idea what is going on and I have not changed any settings other than my monitor (brightness, contrast, etc.)
Any ideas?

specs?
I put them into my sig, but for some reason they don't show up.
eVGA 680 SLI mobo
6300 Crusoe processor
1GB of Crucial Ann. 5300 RAM (Got a bad stick, so I am waiting to replace the other GB)
eVGA GeForce 7950GT Overclocked
running 2 Syncmaster Samsung 225BW LCD monitors
WD Raptor 74GB
Does it kick you to the desktop or totally freeze and force you to do a hard reset? Is it throwing any errors at all?
Make sure you have the lastest directx, graphics card/soundcard/ect drivers installed. Also run a couple hard drive utilities and memory checker to see if all that's healthy.

Turns out the da## antivirus software was freezing it up. After looking through most everything else, I totally disabled the AV software. The games ran fine after that.
What I thought was odd, was how it let the program start up at all. I did not get a message from the AV software telling me the game was trying to start up. Interesting....
That's wierd. Which AV software was it? Let us know so just in case this happens to other people, they'll know another thing to look for.
