What anti-virus, anti-spyware prog. to use??

hi.. im looking for a free, downloadable anti-virus and anti-spyware program.. preferably one that has both in one ^^... im currently using Aluria Security Center.. but im not sure how good it is??.. anyone have any suggestions?..
