If there's no settings (softmenu) in the bios to change the front side bus, multiplier, and/or voltages, you'll have to look on the motherboard for a set of switches or jumpers and a diagram on how to set them for the desired results.

Look around the cpu area for jumpers and whip out the mighty manual and see if you can up the FSB to 75..
