to cool off an overclocked p3 750 -> 1ghz?

I once had a link which showed cpu wattage output, but alas, that was a while ago...

I appreciate the help, shadow

I appreciate the help, shadow I doubt that you even put out 60w, so it should be fine.

With a 80 watt plet I cooled a 800 Celeron O.C.ed to 940 and a AMD T-Bird 1.1 Gig down to about 6-9C. By the way Welcome to the Forums and look in to joining the Team.

klownin79 - was it an 80watt pelt rated for, say, 16V, that you ran at 12v?

what was your exact arrangement - were you using watercooling - air?

it was a 80 watt pelt rated at 12V. I was using it with a 2Cool water cooling kit. Both CPU`s were lapped and so was the water block.

p3 @ 1G puts out about 30W (at stock voltage), you should be fine.
