Pick one. Everything I've ever seen involving video cards has consistently proven that no matter what video card you buy with the same chipset, they perform within a frame per second (not noticeable) of each other. Chances are, every single one of these cards performs nearly identically to each other. The only thing to look at are heat sinks. You're going to get a better overclock on the cards that are able to dissipate their heat faster. So look for big heat sinks.

Yeah, aside from having extra crap like S video and digital out, all cards of the same chipset are the exact same electrically and just look different.
If you get a GF3 I'd put it in a freezer for 10 mins then pop the ram heatsinks off with a screwdriver and use some good thermal epoxy to put them back on the right way. Manufacturers can't seem to glue them on correctly and light almost always shines between the chips in the middle and the heatsinks. I had a blorb and put it on the GPU and some of the big crosscut heatsinks from a thermaltake ram cooling kit...the stock gpu hsf and ram heatsinks are just crap. Of course it's not an essential thing to do, but it cools more effeciently.

The Abit Siluro Ti500 is the one I want to get. Ne1 know when its comming out??
videocards r not all the same even when using the same GPU, even when using the same memory chips; and they not just look different.
the visiontek 6964 has got favorable reviews lately as far as i know. i cant discriminate between each one - i know asus has made videocards with very poor img quality and i personally has one (not a geforce3), wouldnt try it anymore.

Clarification: The GPU is identical (duh) and the RAM is probably from a different manufacturer, but of the same type and performance specs. I bet I could find a different value capacitor on my gf3 vs. another one but that makes negligible difference. It's almost like saying a red porsche goes faster than a girly purple colored one!:p
Leadtek Ti500 TDH. Cheap & is suppose to be a great O/Cer. That's the one I'm thinking of getting.
I say take a look at the software and extras that are sent with the cards since they are almost the exactly the same in hardware. Thats what I do when I buy a card like that. Have good hardware and some good games to go with it.

I'm waiting for my Visiontek Ti 500 to come in today, if you believe the UPS tracking info. I ordered it because of the reviews saying that they overclocked well, and also because of price and most importantly, it was the only 1 available at an online dealer that I trust.:D

The Elsa 921 would have been my choice, but they're not available in the US :( According to a G3 shootout at HardOCP, the Gainward was said to have very good image quality, above the rest of the competition(Elsa not included). So I bought the Gainward G3Ti/550 hoping for similar quality. I believe I got it. Product support is EXTREMELY poor. Don't expect any help via e-mail from Gainward. I've sent roughly 9 e-mails over the past 4 weeks without a single reply. My card is great, but for support I give them an F- . In 600 X 800 mode the card oc'd @ 270/602 and completed 3Dmark2001 without any visual aberrations. But in 1024X768 it would only do 265/590ish. Still pretty good:
Hope this helped some:)

Get the hercules! I can't wait till my case comes so I can put my beast together!
The vistiontek would be my pick. There have been great reviews I've seen none with a bad comment in them. They come fully equipped with all overclocking kits so its overclocking positive ready.. Also they supply YOU WITH GOOD material..
By the way reading the other post..
The Visiontek later products Week 45+ Ti200
Were easily able to reach 230/525 or around there.. Which is amazing.. I love that card :p
I plan on getting the visiontek myself. I have read great reviews, and if you search this whole forum, you find that most like the visiontek the best for its picture quality, and its ability to overclock very well.
UPdate:
Bought Visiontek GF3 Ti500, and loving it! Benchmark went from 3017 to 8223! Oh yeah! FSB is not even OC'd yet. Graphics card is stable at 260/570. I haven't pushed it any farther yet, until I get a good cooler for the card.
