memory defragment

I'm looking for a good program to dfrag my ram when it's full used. Can anybody help me?

You are looking to free up unused memory? If I am understanding you correctly. Use your favorite search engine and look for either program, MemTurbo or Ram Booster. Both Free or Shareware. MemTurbo does a good job (30 Day Free Trial) or Ram Booster (freeware).

Also, like any other time, (usually) more memory IS better.

I have used both these programs @ work.
(cheep boss's won't buy more memory)
