I have internet through a proxy lan made with some friends. Is it possible to make another lan between 2 of my computers that will share the internet given by the large lan?

Yeah, it's possible. Just install whatever proxy software you are using on the big LAN onto the little LAN.

I wanted to know how I'm supposed to build the lan. One nic is used to link to the large lan, now I need 2 more nics to build my lan?

You need one NIC to hook computer A into the big LAN. You need one more NIC in computer A and one NIC in computer B. Now hook computer A up to the big LAN and computer B to secondary NIC in computer A.

I think you can also use the bridge feature to make it where computer B would act as if it was on the big LAN by sending all its traffic through computer A.
