Overpriced IMO. I wouldn't bother with anything faster than DDR2 800 Rated, just make sure they have D9GMH or D9GKX chips and you'll be fine. I personally really like my Team Group as it has treated me very well so far (still need to push them to see what they can really do :)). If money isn't a problem then I suppose the OCZ would be fine, I just could see better places to spend it :).
