Overpriced IMO. I wouldn't bother with anything faster than DDR2 800 Rated, just make sure they have D9GMH or D9GKX chips and you'll be fine. I personally really like my Team Group as it has treated me very well so far (still need to push them to see what they can really do 
). If money isn't a problem then I suppose the OCZ would be fine, I just could see better places to spend it .
