Greenish Hue on White Wii Screens?

after the update, did any one notice a greenish hue on some of the mostly white screens?

the first channel pages does it on mine but none of the others, mii plaza and wii shopping channel do the same...kinda werid

Are you using component cables? And if so, are they all plugged in all the way? I have this same problem on my TV if a cable gets pulled loose.

I have it to. I noticed it mostly on the left side of the TV. I am running regular cables

Arent RCA and composite cables the same thing?

RCA and Composite are similar, not component.

AFAIK, RCA is a type of connection (like 1/4" or 1/8" stereo), both composite and component use it.

I assume he ment he uses composite.

maybe you guys have some big speakers that are a bit too close to the tv? if my speakers get too close, i can get a greenish hue...mostly in the corners.

If your seeing greenish effects on your TV screen it also could be the projection tube in the back of the TV is on it's last legs. Gaming consoles can stuf up the tube if played on them to long it also tells you in the manual about TV screen damage the gray booklet I think.
