I have a NetVista PC running Windows 2000 NT with an older Pentium III (933) processor and 127 MB of RAM.

Whenver I run any video off the internet (either in Windows Media Player 9 or Real Player), I can run about the first few mintues...but then it stops. The entire computer then locks up (i.e., mouse or keyboard won't work) and I have to re-boot.

I've tried stripping off the programs and re-loading with no help. And, I've tried downloading all the updates with no help.

Can anyone help me? Could it be that I don't have sufficient memory? I've tried increasing the temp internet file folder to the maxium, but that doesn't help.

Any advice? It's driving me crazy!

Thanks...
