I can't really afford 2x1GB right now. So I was thinking of getting a 2x512MB kit.

What's the best kit around? I can afford up to about $200.

I was thinking of one of these:
Crucial Ballistix 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

BUFFALO Firestix 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500)

G.SKILL 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

Feel free to recommend something else, those were just the ones that looked good to me.

I want something that can do at least DDR1000. It will be running in a P5B Deluxe with a E6400 or E6300 on single-stage phase-change.
