As you have noticed, those MATX case uses a PSU that is usually at about 150W. I don't know if it is OK for the configuration below....

P3 Tualatin 1.2 + Epox Intel 815EP (Small) + Pioneer 16x DVD+ ATI AllInWonder Radeon + 40GB Westen Digital 5400 HDD, Floppy, Wireless Lan (Possibly a non wireless) and sound card

Well... if 150W doesn;t manage that, do I have to get a 200-300W? (Hard to find for MATX....)

In a worst-case scenario, I think that all your components could draw ~134 Watts. It's doubtful that your floppy and DVD will run simultaneously. The chart I have says that SDRAM draws 10W per 128 Mb.

You'd probably be OK with a 120W PS--but personally, I'd see if a 140W or more powerful PS is available in micro-ATX form factor. Now, if only a micro-ATX PS was available for a Duron box! If there is, it would have no problem whatsover running a Tualatin box.

Flex-ATX is even kewler, but bruddah, where do you get PCI cards that'll fit?
