Apache problem help!

I wanted to try bigapache, so I installed it. I receive internet through lan, I have a proxy IP. After installing it, server was running, but lan stopped at all. I uninstalled bigapache, but still it did not work. Then I reinstalled nic's drivers. Everything worked. I want to run apache with the net on, any ideas?
