I just did a PCmark05 bench and compared it to someone elses results.
For some reason I have twice as low 3D Pixel Shader score.
Please take a look:

What do you have for video cards? Also, run 3DMark06 and see what that says. If it shows that Multi-GPU is enabled in the control panel, it should be working.

Dont see anything there.
Thre's a box that says 'Use SLI configuration"
It's checked.
But i don't know if it actually works.

Try turning on SLI Load scaling (I think its called that. It shows the load between both cards)
Then try any game.

Dual 8800GTXs???? F**k.
Anyway, now that I'm over that... ( :D )
Disable SLI. Run 3DM06. Record your score. Enable SLI. Reboot. Run 3DM06. Record your score. Compare. That should do it.
I'm thinking SLI is enabled. Why? See where it says "Display Device 1/1" in your 3DM06 System Details page? When you have SLI enabled, most apps will just see one GPU. If it wasn't enabled, you'd see "Display Device 1/2" and "Display Device 2/2".
