P4 throttling or what?

Here's the thing. I got my P4 1.5 oc'd to 1.8 with the OEM HSF. The computer is stable but I think there is a problem. When I run 3DMark 2000 over and over the results differ as much as 400 marks! Could the CPU be throttling it's self? I need some input on this and am very willing to go to water cooling if need be. Anyone know of a P4 Socket 478 Water Cooling kit?

It sounds like it may be throttling itself. This con't be too good for the chip, and I would suggest dropping your OC untill you can get a better heatsink/fan.

Anybody (mostly) who makes waterblocks makes one for teh P4. Check out DangerDen and Swiftech.
