Triple Boot PVR Recommendations

Can anyone recommend me any motherboard that has these features?
-Socket 775
-Supports Core Duo
-Integrated graphics: for low power consumption
-Integrated sound/network: to save PCI slots
-PCIE 16X: enabled in bios when gaming (windows of course)
-PCI 1X: for capture cards etc
-OS X fully supported

Then hopefully this will all work with a nice Linux distro as well.

Any ideas?
