X-Fi Fatal1ty FPS Flat Ribbon?

This thing has been bothering me ever since. Can I buy a rouble cable to replace the flat ribbon that comes with the X-Fi?

I made mine round just cut about every 3rd space between the wires about a inch from the connector and the pull the rest of the way down. once done grab both ends and twist it very tight, put a small zip tie on both ends and use whatever color tape you want, me i used blue! I have pics if you need them!

I had the same issue so I e-mailed creative labs. They said that is the only cable that will work and that they make for it. So I had to do a little folding and some tucking but it worked out well.
