I changed video cards and drivers some time ago. The Nvidia reference remains in MSconfig even after running Drive Cleaner. How can I remove it from the MSconfig listing?

have you tried registry mechanic?

No, only Drive Cleaner and CCleaner. I thought one of them would see it. I'll try RM, tkx!

Jon,

That did it! Thank you and sephiroth_749 very much for the suggestions and help. RT

PS: Jon, how do you rename a URL with another name like you did above? I always have to copy and paste the whole URL and they are not very descriptive or pleasing to look at.

When you create the link using the toolbar there will be a highlighted portion after hitting "OK" in the script window. That is where you change the hyperlinked text. It's basically HTML.

Code:
(URL="http://someaddresshere.com")http://someaddresshere.com(/URL)

The second instance of "http://someaddresshere.com is just text that is hyperlinked by the preceding instance and can be anything you want. For example:

Code:
(URL="http://someaddresshere.com")I can put whatever I want here and it is linked to http://someaddresshere.com(/URL)

*Keep in mind the ()=[]

Results in this:

I can put whatever I want here and it is linked to http://someaddresshere.com

Make sense, or did I make it worse?

Xtreme,

I agree. No one knows it all and I feel that if I have a question, no matter how basic it may be, I can come here and get an answer without ridicule, whether from one of the great moderators we have or from a basic "new guy." Most of my "6 Stars" are from questions, not answers.

Jon,

I'll work on your method. It's new to me because "old ways die hard." :) Thank you!
