How to OverClock my Celeron

I want to overclock my cpu and would like to know how? the computer has the following specs



Intel Jn440bx nlx (Juneau) MotherBoard PN 653381
documentation says it will support 400Mhz
intel/phoenix BIOS version 4j4nbox1.86a.0037.p14
celeron 333mhz (windows says 331mhz)
on board video Ati technologies 3d Rage Pro agp 2x
sound blaster awe 64 isa card
running Win XP

can anyone help me? Im New at this

Outside of possibly raising the frontside bus, Intel motherboards are not overclockable.
