Are retail HSF the same with Doron's and Athlon's?

I have a 1.2 Athlon HSF and a 800 duron without a HSF I know stock coolers are lame for overclocking but maybe... Are the HSF's the same for a retail Duron and Athlon/tbird?

I got the same with both...Not good for OC, but good enough...

Thanks flounder43 are you using the stock hs with your Duron @1G? If no, which one?

Yes I am, and it is surprisingly good... I am using AC II on it instead of the themal pad, though.
