This kid has created a video confirming that you just use a normal KINAMAX USB 2.0 to RJ45 Fast Ethernet 10/100 Base-T Network Adapter. And plug it into the back of the Wii then the ethernet cable into your router and away you go for Wii Channels etc. So for people who don't have a wireless router and only wired like my self (but I don't have a Wii) I'd thought I'd share it.

interesting... but how much is that adapter?

edit, mn i saw the video, and its about 25 bucks for the adapter. seems to work just fine. thats pretty awsome.

This was true on the PS2 as well. Anything with basic USB support can use the ethernet adapter :). Glad itworks for the Wii too.
