What does everyone think of this board? Is the it worth it? The board sounds good, and sounds like it oc's amazing! Any issues or bad storys?

This is a good board. I've overclocked my Intel E6300 from 1.86Ghz to 3.2GHZ and it has been totally stable with an aftermarket air cooler.
Very easy to overclock in BIOS. It can only go up to 1066 MHZ FSB so the highest CPU upgrade i've found is the new E7200. I expect this upgrade to get me above 4.0 GHZ comfortably with good RAM.
