soo.. I Finally got a cooler + evap in it..(has yet to be seen if a seal will even hold..) and well just see the pics:

any ideas on what I could use to take up some/Alot of room?
saving some $ on dn alcohol would be nice..($13 a gallon)

(tested a blob of "great stuff" in alcohol overnight last night.. seems to have shrunk a good bit hmm...)

Whatever that would survive the temps and not absorb or leach contaminats in your coolant. Rubberized (tool handle dip) bricks seem to be the most creative thing I can think of off the top of my head.
