I'm still getting my feet wet here so here is another question :)

Which is better?

Res > Pump > Rad > Cpu > GPU > Res

Res > Pump > Rad > Y or F fitting > Cpu
> Gpu

Here is the setup I am looking at:

MCP655
Black Ice xtreme 3 (120*3)
RBX775 (Cpu)
Danger Den - 8800GTX
1/2 Tubing
And I think I am going to make my Own Res. and exterior housing for the Pump/Res/Rad.
I work with sheet metal all day every day so this shouldn't be that big of a project. I hope :)

Are you talking about running them parallel?

Res > pump > rad > cpu > gpu has always been my choice. Running a Y just adds one more point for the water flow to slow down. But if you do choose to go with a Y or F use a Y, the F will put 90* bends in the lines which will definitely slow water down and hurt performance.
