Rio 600... too noisy?

I just finished my watercooling setup. I was using a different pump... a slow Becket... and I just switched over to a Rio 600. It's way too noisy. It has a very noticable rattle sound cooming from it. My other pump only had a slight hum. Is there something wrong with this pump? If so, is it all the Rios or just this one?

i have to use my pump inside the res to get the noise down, i wasn't planning on using one before i got the pump
