Best TV-OUT in WinXP Pro

Does anyone know the best vid card to use in WinXP Pro to watch DVD on? I would like to jsut put the video and sound out into my big screen TV and my stereo.

I have come to the conlusion that after some research, that Real Magic Hollywood Plus is the DVD Decoder card to go for in XP so as to have TV-OUT and DVD to TV without any trouble, but I have yet to find out if it is compatible with XP, nor have I found proof that it is not. SO when I get one in a week or so, I'll let you know :)
